Documents of the applicant

Applicants must submit the following documents.

1. 1. 1. Application for admission（Specified paper）
      2. Statement of reason for studying abroad and plan after completion
      3. Statement of reasons for re-application and relevant certificate
      4. Contract
      5. Graduation certificate of final educational background
      6. Academic transcript of completion of education
      7. Certificate of Enrollment/Prospect of Graduation
      8. Certificate of Employment/Certificate of Retirement
      9. Documents proving that you have Japanese language proficiency
         • Original copy of JLPT, J-TEST, NAT-TEST, STBJ, TOP J or J-cert pass certificate and transcript for pre-intermediate or above. If you have not passed the test, the original certificate of Japanese language study of 150 hours or more
      10. 6 sheets (4cm x 3cm)
      11. Passport
      12. Certificate (for China and Vietnam applicants only)

Documents related to financial supporter

1. 1. 1. Expense payment/pledge（ Prescribed paper）
      2. Documents proving the funds of the financial supporter
      3. Documents proving the fund formation process of the financial supporter
      4. "Certificate of Employment" of the sponsor
      5. Payer's "income and tax payment certificate"
      6. Certificate of residence of the sponsor and documents such as family register to prove the relationship with the applicant
